Rebuilding hope, restoring lives.
Help us revive the MYS Yoga Home in Batu Arang as a sanctuary for healing, learning and shelter for the communities we serve.

There are places that exist not merely as buildings, but as spaces of healing, connection, and transformation. The MYS Yoga Home is one such place.
For many years, the Malaysian Yoga Society (MYS) envisioned this home as a sanctuary where individuals could gather to practice yoga, cultivate inner peace, and experience the profound benefits of holistic wellness. It was meant to be a nurturing space where communities could come together to grow, heal, and support one another.
Unfortunately, time and neglect have taken a toll on this property. Today, the house suffers from structural damage, termite infestation, broken fixtures, and severe interior decay. The gates, windows, and doors require urgent repairs, the roof is leaking, and many parts of the home are no longer safe or functional.
Yet despite its current condition, the vision for the MYS Yoga Home remains alive and powerful. We believe this space can once again become a beacon of healing and service for the community.
The restoration of the MYS Yoga Home is not simply a renovation project. It is a mission to create a sanctuary that serves humanity.
Once restored, the home will become a vibrant center dedicated to wellness, education, and compassion.
A sanctuary that serves.
B40 community outreach
The home will serve as a wellness hub offering yoga practices, emotional support, and self-care programs to underserved communities who often lack access to holistic health resources.
Capacity building & education
Scholarships and training programs will be offered to individuals from underprivileged backgrounds who wish to become yoga teachers or wellness practitioners.
Emergency refuge
During times of crisis such as floods or natural disasters, the MYS Yoga Home can provide temporary shelter, food, and comfort for families in need.
Wellness retreat & community hub
The restored home will also function as a peaceful retreat space where practitioners, volunteers, and wellness seekers can reconnect with themselves through yoga, meditation, and spiritual practices.
