In 2019 the My Yoga Sadhana Journey camps returned to SMK Seri Sepang and SJKT Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi (210 students and 20 teachers) and SJKT St. Joseph in Sentul, and reached new schools and homes further away.
In June, 120 students from SMK Tun Mamat, SMK Ladang and SMK Sagil in Tangkak, Johor took part, followed by the children of Arulperumjothi in Teluk Pulai, Klang. In July, 180 students and teachers joined the camp at Myskills Foundation in Kalumpang, Tanjung Malim.
Each camp ends the same way: children who arrived shy and restless leave a little calmer, a little more confident, and with simple practices they can keep doing at home.
